We reserve the right to cancel or re-arrange the dates, times, and venues of the workshop if it becomes necessary to do so. Should we cancel the workshop, you would be notified as soon as possible and you will be given a refund. We cannot be held liable for any out-of-pocket expenses incurred as a result of workshop cancellation.

Due to the special nature of our workshops and the very limited enrolment, workshops are non-refundable and there are no transfers or reschedules. Please check your diary carefully before you sign up. Of course, if you’re unable to attend, you’re welcome to send someone in your place; please provide your replacement’s name, phone number and email address in advance of the workshop.

Farah’s Candle Workshop does not accept responsibility for any accidents or misuse of training carried our by any attendees whilst on a course or used once they are in any home /office /work / public place /area or arena. Attendees carry out their training with our organisation at their own risk. Farah’s Candle Workshop's policy is one of continuous development and we reserve the right to make changes without notice.

By booking a Farah’s Candle Workshop class, the customer agrees to take full personal responsibility for any accident/injury that may be sustained whilst attending the workshop, waiving any liability whatsoever from Farah’s Candle Workshop and/or its directors and indemnifying Farah’s Candle Workshop and/or any of its staff fully against any and all losses that may result from any legal action that may follow any accident or injury sustained whilst attending a Farah’s Candle Workshop class. Acceptance of the training by the attendee indicates acceptance of the above terms and conditions.
